Unfortunately the same issue happened immediately and I contacted again to request a refund and return of all items and no one replied to me. Now I have 2 useless tools.

United StatesI sent a note asking you to mail me a manual for the Pocket Hole Jig, as it was missing from the unit I bought from Home Depot. You responded within an hour, and sent it out immediately. And the jig is really nice. The only negative is the height adjustment knob, it's kind of cheap compared to the rest of the unit. Otherwise, I really like it.
